How do I get a duplicate certificate?

If you need a duplicate certificate, use the support form above and select "Request Duplicate Certificate." Include your license number and the approximate date you completed the course. There is a $5 fee for duplicate certificates.

How can an employer verify my certificate?

Employers can verify certificates by contacting us with the certificate number. We maintain records of all certificates issued and can provide verification upon request.

I can't download my certificate. What should I do?

First, try using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best). Make sure pop-ups are enabled. If you still have issues, contact us through the support form with your license number and we'll email your certificate directly.

I passed but didn't complete payment. Can I still get my certificate?

Yes! Return to the payment page to complete your payment. Your test results are saved temporarily. If more than 7 days have passed, you may need to retake the assessment.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You have lifetime access to all course modules, the interactive hub, and reference materials for ongoing professional development.

Is this course accepted in other states?

This course is specifically approved by the Nevada State Board of Nursing. For use in other states, please check with your state board regarding CE credit transfer and reciprocity policies.
